Ski Bum Reviews 2023 Blizzard Rustler Ski Review
Contents
The Blizzard Rustler is the ultimate all mountain/freeride ski for hard chargers. Available in three widths there is a ski for any terrain. The 90+ best suited for firm snow rippers who spend most their time on groomers in them morning and chop in the afternoon, the 110+ is perfectly suited for the powder hunters who are looking for the next big line to rip and the 100+ is the perfect width for the skier who wants it all! The Carbon Flipcore D.R.T Technology is a specially shaped layer of Titanal placed in the binding area, aimed to reduce the torsional rigidity in tip and tail, adding further stability and control feeling under the foot. The D.R.T. system's lightweight structure offers superior rebound and playfulness for improved flotation on softer snow. The shape, size and length of each titanal reinforcement are defined for each model and size, in order to ensure a perfect combination of a lightweight structure with improved performance. The Rustler bashes through bumps and crud and is tough enough to handle steep lines at speed. The D.R.T. system and innovative waist design allows you to slash through fresh snow in the trees and is just as nimble on piste flying over fresh… and not so fresh corduroy. The Rustler is a no-brainer for the progressive skier looking for a hard charging ski to handle it all!
